My name is Ben, and I’ve been living with Type 1 Diabetes since I was 3. When I started using the t:slim X2 pump, I quickly ran into the same problem many people do — trying to hold the cartridge steady while removing air bubbles and filling it with insulin.
It was awkward, inconsistent, and often led to bent needles and frustration.
So I designed a simple solution.
The Third Hand Cartridge Stand holds your cartridge securely in a vertical position, allowing air bubbles to naturally rise and making them much easier to remove. With the cartridge stabilized, you can focus on filling — not balancing everything at once.
It also features a built-in corner “key” that helps remove the old cartridge, adding another layer of convenience to the process.
It’s essentially a “third hand” that makes the entire routine smoother from start to finish.
